How long does it take for my cabinets to ship?

Orders usually leave the warehouse in 3 to 5 days. That does not include transit time.

Are your cabinets difficult to assemble?

  • They go together fairly easy. It does not take a great amount of skill to assemble them. We use metal connectors for ease and sturdy construction.

What is your return policy?

You must have a "return authorization", there is a 25% restocking fee plus shipping cost. We do not accept cabinets that are assembled or have been assembled.

Do your cabinets come with a warranty?

  • Yes, they come with a warranty, 2 years for painted cabinets and 5 years for stained cabinets for all styles except Wynwood which comes with a 2-year warranty for all styles.

What happens if I am missing items?

When you receive your order, you must check for missing items and obvious damage and note it on the receipt and have the driver sign it. We cannot replace missing items if not noted at delivery time.

What happens if I have damage to my cabinets?

We replace damaged parts within 7 days. If the damage is obvious when receiving your order please make a note on the receipt. For concealed damage you have 10 days. Please fill out the claims form located on the bottom of the website to report damage.

Where can I see your cabinets?

To keep our cost down we only sell on line. We pass this savings on to you.
 

Can I get samples?

Yes, We have samples that you can purchase and that is credited to your cabinet order. We do not ask for them back.

How does the shipping process work.

You will be given a shipping date followed up by a tracking number.
The delivery company will call you in advance to set up a delivery date.

What should I look for when my cabinets arrive?

Inspect all the boxes for visible damage and note it on the receipt and have the driver sign it and take a photo of it.
